Our Story!

Brianna and I have been married for almost 3 months. I created this blog because we really struggle with writing in our journals and I wanted to make it easier for us to do so. Brianna and I met at BYU-I in our singles ward. At first she really didn't want to be anything but friends. I really wanted to get to know her and I was really interested in her. She was cute and funny and I was attracted to her as well which obviously helps. After a week or so, she told me that she needed her space and that is what I gave her. That lasted about a week and then we were talking again. We quickly entered the dating world and it was the time of our lives. We loved spending time together and getting to know each other. Soon the semester came to an end and we flew home for the holidays. Brianna would be gone all winter semester and we discussed that following our little time away we would talk about marriage. When I dropped her off at the airport however, I really began to miss her. When I arrived home my dad asked why I was waiting to ask her to marry me. I went ring shopping and about a week later I asked her to marry me. We were married in the Houston Texas Temple on April 13, 2013 and we have never been happier. We currently live in Rexburg and are continuing our education and we look forward to writing the stories of our lives.
